I am very interested in the topic of ice, water, and the information that they have in themselves. 

I want to tell you about one small nation, which lives high in the mountains at the edge, which is located among the mountains. 

Over the woods, far away, for the snowy mountain passes, deep in the Sayan Mountains is a wonderful land – Tofalaria.
Sayan taiga has always been rich with various wildlife: 
The complex intertwining ridges, soaring peaks, the tallest of which the sparkling snow caps on the hills is deep gorges and canyons on the bottom which in the eternal twilight of the noise of the water, snowfields and glaciers, alpine meadows, moss covered rocky tundra, frozen on a ledge of rock musk – a wonderful creation of wildlife – all Tofalaria. 

According to legend, it was here, in Tofalaria, at the turn of the first millennium AD, the first time on earth domesticated deer and made assistant to man.

 There are no roads and can only get there by air. 
 Tofalars, is one of the smallest nations in the world. According to latest data from about 500 people.
There are 300 km from Tofalaria to the nearest populated center, Transportation winter road on the frozen river, a very difficult and dangerous.
In the days of Soviet power in Tofalaria flew planes almost daily, local residents can fly and turisty. To Tofalaria imported aircraft bare necessities, food, medicines, clothes.
Now for 9 months of the year Tofalaria cut off from the outside world.I all hope of a small nation that Tofalaria guarded for 3 winter months most necessary.
In other months, people have to treat that hunters, fishermen and gatherers will produce in the forest. 
 In the village power plant works and produces electricity for 2 hours.
There is a boarding school, kindergarten, shops and hospital. 
You can imagine what life the little people have, and especially children at the time of the collapse in Russia.

I have been living for several years not far from this place, and very often in Tofalaria in 1980
.I love with my heart and soul of this small country and get sick of this nation. Now I’m going to make a movie about it, about the problems of the people and issues in addition to transport more than enough. Now I’m looking for organizations or just people who can help in this: in the shooting of the film, whose goal is to increase attention to the problems of small nations, namely Tofalaria or assistance Tofalaria and Tofalars.Probably, you could also take part in this project.

This miracle of nature, this is
